New Mexico State University Extension Food Technology is pleased to offer a Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) Blended Training course for Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI). Two courses are available: Aug. 31 and Oct. 26, 2017. You are registering for the Oct. 26 course.

The Blended course consists of 2 parts:

Part 2: Offered as an instructor-led face-to-face training by NMSU for $450. 

Those who complete the Part 1: Online are eligible to attend a one-day Part 2: Instructor-Led course taught by an FSPCA Lead instructor. You must complete both parts to receive the FSPCA Certificate of Training.
